Inspired by The Three Sisters

I want to invite you into something I’ve never offered before.

This is not a book launch.

This is a planting.

In Indigenous teachings, there is a way of planting called the Three Sisters—three seeds placed into the earth together. Each one grows differently, yet each one is essential. One offers structure. One brings nourishment. One protects what is growing.

I am entering a season where three books are asking to be written. Rather than disappearing into solitude and returning later with finished works, I feel called to invite a small circle of people to walk with me inside the creation itself.

I call this The Three Seeds.

Those who join will receive the writings as they are born—unedited, raw, alive. You will witness how teachings arrive, how stories weave themselves, how words emerge from ceremony, land, and listening.

This is a behind-the-scenes journey into the womb of creation.

Not a course.

Not a performance.

A living relationship with the written word.

The Upright Seed (Corn)

Seed One

Carries structure, cosmology, foundational teachings. The spine of the work “What stands and remembers”. A past life experience from Above - In the Star Nations. A story of the blue healers and their lost forgotten planet

The Blue Planet: The Story of Octabalu

This is a story of re-membering and honoring the wishes bestowed upon me from my sisters and brothers.

In this past life my temple is not human but of something else. You can find my clan deep in the cosmos light years away from our current star system and our mission is one of rigorous training as light workers and healers.

But darkness falls upon us and the future is grim. Now you may believe that this is a perfect fictional story but those who become the doulas of the Three Sisters will know different.

What will be birthed in this book is the truth. My truth of a past life that has come to me to be remembered, to be shared. We will uncover together the details of this life and my people, and what has become of the Blue Planet.

The Weaving Seed (Bean)

Seed Two

Story, relationship, lived experience threads teachings together “What connects and nourishes”. A living experience of navigating dimensions with dementia.

A story of what western medicine doesn't tell you, that dementia is an otherworld lived experience. This is both a lived and living experience.

Lived for my mother, bless her soul who is now in the Spirit world experienced Alzheimer's in the last 7 years of her life. She taught me so much about this dis-ease one that I believed she called to herself for she had always told me that one day she would lose her mind. That may sound harsh, but I do believe that we call into form what we think about in life.

The living experience is the one I currently walk with my beloved, Grant. He too is teaching me and showing much about myself during his/our journey. I realized this past summer (if I had any doubt) that dimensions or other timelines do indeed exist.

Both mom and Grant have/are experiencing dementia differently yet some similarities. And no doubt without popular western philosophy this is not just Type 3 Diabetes, this is a Spiritual experience like no other.

The planted words in this book will describe stories, shared experiences, epiphanies, frustrations, and most importantly vulnerable "being" through both lived/living experiences.

My sharing is for you. Let's face it we all know or will know someone with Dementia.

It is my hope that this book will help you navigate and see it through a different lens. This sharing is also for me. This is my medicine, these words will bring healing to a difficult experience.

So far I only have come up with one name for this book, but I leave the title to reveal itself as the story unfolds Navigating Dimensions Through Dementia.

Embodiment, ritual, integration, keeps the work grounded and alive. “What holds and tends”.

The importance of sweeping the invisible world of entities in land and house. The power of guides and their incredible wisdom.

House Sweeps - Not With An Ordinary Broom

In my shamanic practice I became somewhat of an expert in Spiritual Extractions. This is a practice that removes (in a loving, kind way) entities and low vibrational energies off my clients.

One day as I was doing a session with my guides an Indigenous Spirit came to see me. He asked for my help. We use discernment during our work when we navigate the other worlds and I was not sure who this Spirit was and how I could help...but he kept showing up.

His request was followed by a woman from Texas that reached out to me who needed help with her land. Something wasn't right there and she'd heard about me on a podcast.

I was guided to do a very similar practice as I do for humans for the land and this is how Land Sweeps and House Sweeps were born.

I have hundreds and hundreds of stories of the Entities that my Spirit team and I have encountered over the years through the practice of "sweeping". Incredible visuals of a world we are so blind to see.

In this book I will be sharing these stories of the world that exists on the other side of the veil, the place we call the Middle World. The world of disembodied spirits, collective low vibrational energies, aliens and demons.

It's time to wear a certain kind of glasses that allows you to see into this world, the invisible world of House and Land Sweeps.

I am planting The Three Seeds—three books being written in real time, in ceremony, listening to what wants to emerge. Rather than writing in isolation, I am opening a circle for those who feel called to stand as quiet witnesses and guardians of the process.

If you are someone who knows how to hold space, who trusts slow unfolding, and who feels the sacredness of words being born, you may be one of the doulas this work is calling for.
