My Path

has not been without darkness.
In my early years, I walked through deep trauma, loss, and self-disconnection—experiences that shaped me, challenged me, and ultimately called me into healing.

Over the past 25 years, I have devoted myself to that healing journey—learning, embodying, and walking the path of transformation.
What I discovered is this: healing is not the end… it is a doorway.

A doorway into joy, into freedom, into remembering your true light.
And it is from this lived experience that I now hold space for others.

The Healer’s Journey often calls us to the past—past experiences, past lives, and the patterns, beliefs, and traumas passed down through our DNA. These ancestral gifts, while powerful, can also shape our present in ways we are only beginning to understand.

Sometimes the journey points forward—toward the future—bringing stress, anxiety, and even despair. And other times, life forces us onto the path through profound, life-changing events: a serious diagnosis, the end of a relationship, a dark night of the soul, or a near-death experience.
